SVJI is excited to present the second of three webinars based on the Case File Review toolkit: What Do Sexual Assault Cases Look Like in Our Community? A SART Coordinator’s Guidebook for Case File Review. This webinar will outline the first half of the toolkit and explain the importance of the foundation and preparation steps. By following the modules outlined in the toolkit teams can also build trust, gain a deeper understanding of their roles, and how to build a more collaborative response. We know this process can seem intimidating, intense, and downright invasive for some team members, while other team members might be excited to learn more about the response. Join us to learn more about how using Modules 1-5 will help prepare team members and develop greater, unified commitment to creating the best response for victims.

Audience and intended learning: SART members and coordinators interested in learning more about Modules 1-5 and the nuances for doing case file review. This webinar will explore how to get started, who should be involved, and the preparation that goes into reviewing case files.

Presenters

  • Jessica Van Iperen, SVJI consultant and former SVJI Case Review Project Coordinator
  • Jolene Engelking, SVJI Project Development Specialist
